Industrial chains are often working under severe conditions. They have to cope with high temperatures, sudden changes in temperatures and heavy load exposures to corrosive contaminants.

Selecting the right product for the lubrication of industrial chains is essential to prevent excessive wear which might lead to chain lengthening and erratic travel and to prevent residue build up. 

Lubricants with insufficient resistance to heat may evaporate or decompose, causing lack of lubrication or leaving sticky residues.

Lack of lubrication and residue build will lead to increased power consumption, high maintenance costs and reduced productivity.

ECOSYN recommended for a variety of industrial chain applications

ECOSYN high temperature chain lubricants are specifically developed to reduce power consumption, to reduce oil consumption and to minimize high maintenance costs and machine downtimes. They are used at temperatures up to 300°C.

ECOSYN high temperature chain lubricants are recommended as an oven chain link lubricant in high temperature processes in the mineral wool, ceramic, textile, paper, timber, glass, paint, fiberglass, food, beverage and chemical industries. In these and similar applications its anti-wear and long life characteristics can be used to provide continuous effective lubrication with minimum consumption.

ECOSYN high temperature chain lubricants are also recommended for use in the lubrication systems of glass making machines and other applications subject to high temperatures such as oven trolley wheel bearings, furnace fan bearings etc. They can be applied by most conventional injection, splash and spray methods.
